Seven buildings are taking a linear form through the exquisite combination of lines and planes and of straight lines and curves along with the geographical features of the cape protruding toward the sea along the rocky hill and the Club House.

The exposed concrete masses overlap each other or leave spaces along with the stream of the coastline like how a cake is cut into pieces to show the glimpse of the beautiful rias coast under the cantilever between buildings, and visitors can fully enjoy the view of the emerald sea ornamented with large and small islands.

Inside the building, the brilliant sunlight of the South Sea showering upon the sea that seems to have come as close as it is within the arm’s reach at the end of the long and cozy corridor.
The entire guestrooms are 7-star suite rooms.
