If digital represents what is modern and scientific then analogue would represent what is classic and humanistic. Digital is reality and analogue is memory. The history of analogue sound systems shows that they achieved perfection at birth, and some of them cannot be reproduced even today. One of the typical examples would be the Stradivarius violin produced at the end of 1600, and among audio systems, it would be the Western Electric and Klang Film produced in the middle of or at the end of the 1920’s.
